However, the time it takes for an actual hour worth of ads to be sent at this time probably ranges into several months. Once advertising picks up it will become much better, ads will be sent to your computer more often. They pay 13% for direct referals and 7% for indirect referals. Their referal system is not very deep, only 2 levels.

Another program like adsenger and bepaid, doesn't seem to pay quite as well. This one is hard to read through and understand how it works. It doesn't really say what their pay rate is, except that if your account has more than $20 in it every month you will receive a check. With getpaid4 you can get up to 70% of the revenue generated by the ads you view, for a total of 75 hours. They have a referal system 7 levels deep. To remain active with getpaid4's adbar you must move your mouse once every minute, kind of annoying if you are trying to type something long. You must also maintain a certain click thru rate in order to be considered active for the month, clicking around .5% of the ads viewed for the month.

Here is a paid to surf program where you do need to be actively surfing. The adbar is only available on a first come first serve basis, some members have it, others do not, because it is still in beta. They claim they will pay $1.25 an hour, thus making it the highest "paid to surf" program. They also have a get paid to have a startup page program. They also plan on having a get paid to read email program where you receive $0.03 for each email. Their web address will shortly be changed to cashclickconcepts.com. They have a referal system that is 7 levels deep, it is not as generous as their hourly rate, the first level of referals only pays $0.05.

Valuepay claims they will pay up to $1 for every hour you are online actively surfing. They limit your own surfing time to a maximum of $50 a month, which will come out to be somewhere around 50 hours based on their claimed payrate. They have a referal system 5 levels deep. For direct referals it pays you $0.10 for every $1 that your direct referals earn. For indirect referals it pays you $0.05 for every $1 that your indirect referals earn.

If you want to test your knowledge and get paid at the same time this is the place for you. They pay you to participate in quizes and challenges to test your knowledge in the area of your choice. The payrate is currently unknown, but they pay for answers, even if they answer is wrong, you get paid more for a correct answer.
